Our experienced, hands-on Compliance Department works diligently to ensure that our Lead Providers and Buyers follow appropriate on-line advertising standards and regulations while providing them with a measure of trust in our company’s practices. Our practices encompass an array of compliance related areas, such as,  Client Onboarding and Oversight, Security and Privacy, Affiliate Website Compliance, and Compliance Training.

Onboarding and Continued Oversight

As part of its regulatory Compliance Program, Pinglogix has established a comprehensive anddetailed onboarding process for its clients to ensure that our Lead Buyers and Lead Providers have adopted the necessary policies and procedures to stay compliant with the ever-changing laws and regulations that govern our industry.

All potential new Pinglogix Clients are asked to complete a thorough onboarding questionnaire that inquires into their business practices and compliance procedures. Additionally, we utilize a robust web crawler to scan and review the websites belonging to our Lead Providers in an effort to uncover any potential issues or problematic practices. Our Compliance Team then works closely with our Lead Providers to resolve any issues and prospective lender representations made on their websites. Pinglogix strives to hold its Clients to the highest standards of business conduct and our onboarding and continued oversight processes are indicative of this goal.

Company Training

Pinglogix has successfully fostered a well-informed team environment by ensuring that its employees receive continuous and detailed compliance training on the rules and regulations that govern the industry. All employees receive comprehensive training on several significant topics, including the following:

  • Unfair Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP);
  • FTC’s Unfair and Deceptive Practices;
  • CAN-SPAM for email marketing;
  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA);
  • Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
